A BIT OF CONTEXT ON TIM'S CAREER
Tim most recently served as Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of Ecommerce for Conair, LLC (private equity: American Securities) where he was responsible for the company ecommerce channel, including Amazon, managing the enterprise portfolio across markets and banners (including Cuisinart).
Prior to joining Conair, Tim started his career as an ecommerce founder then joined Luxottica (now EssilorLuxottica) taking leadership roles of increasing responsibility at various public and private companies, eventually becoming SVP of Ecommerce and Marketing at Jimmy Jazz heading up their omnichannel business, leading to an eventual sale of the company to a strategic buyer.
Tim is a passionate people leader with strong focus on commercial performance and digital excellence. He considers himself a lifelong student of ecommerce with keen focus on the myriad changes the sector has undergone in recent years.
He has led companies in all phases of growth, from being a founder to scaling businesses and turning around P&Ls to driving incremental growth within large enterprise level organizations.
